How to use remedies for acute UTI
The recommended potency (strength) in acute situations is 30c or 200c. 30c potency is usually readily available in most places selling homeopathic medicines but 200c may work better if you have strong symptoms. In acute situations, you may need to repeat the remedy often, even every 5 to 10 minutes if your symptoms are intense. When you feel relief, stop the remedy and only take it again if symptoms reappear.

Experiencing recurrent or chronic urinary tract infections is sadly common among women. I know, as I was one of them.
You can still use the guidance in this article to manage any acute infection, but please note that you may need additional homeopathic treatment to heal the root cause and end the cycle of painful infections.
Chronic infections are a sign of a systemic problem, an imbalance that needs to be addressed with “deeper acting” treatment. In homeopathy, we often look for triggers in your medical and family history and other factors that will influence the selection of remedies specifically for you. Also, you may require supportive remedies for the bladder and kidneys (or other organs), detox of previous pharmaceutical medicine and much more.
Healing from chronic illness is layered, like peeling an onion. It takes a bit of time and some patience, but it is absolutely possible to heal. Recurrent/chronic UTI is not something you need to live with for the rest of your life; that’s my opinion and belief.
